Aymer House is the latest phase of the Chertsey Opportunity, a long-term mixed-use project being carried out by Countryside Properties of the UK and Liberty Property Trust of the USA.

All four previous office phases totalling 108,000 sf, were also let prior to completion. The developers are now preparing a planning application for the final phase, which will consist of a mixed-use, residential led development, together with retail and restaurant units around a new town square.
