Bally Total Fitness has leased 30,840 sf of space at Villa Oaks at 102 W. Roosevelt Rd. in Villa Park. The company's 21st gym in the Chicago market is slated to open next year. Mid-America vice president Amy Bryant represented the property owner while Tony Kahan of Kahan Brothers Real Estate represented the tenant.

A 5,875-sf Men's Wearhouse is coming to Deerbrook Mall, the oldest mall on Chicago's North Shore, which is in the midst of a major renovation. The store is moving to the Deerfield center at Waukegan and Lake-Cook roads from a nearby location.

Mid-America vice president Claudia Gatti represented the retail center's ownership while Scott Stefanik of Midwest Commercial Real Estate represented the Fremont, CA-based retail chain.

Local restaurateur Vince Pecora is leasing 4,700 sf at Park Place at Rand and Dundee roads in Palatine for his newest venture, Tornado Café. The former owner and chef of the Poppa Clemenza's chain plans to prepare seafood, Italian and American dishes from the 120-seat restaurant's elevated tapas bar. Gatti represented the shopping center owner while Bruce Blanck of Northwest Associates represented the tenant.

Two new tenants are coming to Bannockburn Green at Route 22 and Waukegan Road in north suburban Bannockburn. Luxury home builder Platinum Development is relocating from 444 Lake-Cook Rd. in Deerfield to a 3,898-sf space while Lewis Financial is relocating its Allstate Insurance offices from 758 Deerfield Rd. in Deerfield to 1,136 sf. Mid-America vice president Liz Krebs represented the retail center owner.

ATI of Naperville, L.L.C. has leased a 3,600-sf space at New York Square in Naperville for a new physical therapy facility, the third for the company. Mid-America leasing representative Barb Prieto handled negotiations for the retail center at the intersection of Route 59 and New York Avenue.

AT&T Wireless has signed a 2,500-sf lease at Chatham Village Square at 87th Street and Cottage Grove Avenue on the city's South Side. Prieto represented mall ownership while Al Rodenbostel of Edgemark represented the tenant.

A new Subway franchise is taking over a 1,560-sf space at Stratford Plaza in Bloomingdale. Bryant handled negotiations on behalf of the shopping center.

Back in the northwest suburbs, Dimensions In Hair has taken 1,200 sf in Brentwood Commons in Bensenville while Dr. T.L. Ramadorai, D.D.S. signed a 900-sf lease in the same center. Bryant and leasing representative Mary Beth Menelli represented the property owner in both deals. Meanwhile, leasing representative Marget Arthur handled negotiations for the owner of Elk Crossing at Arlington Heights and Biesterfield roads in Elk Grove Village in a 1,200-sf deal with Fantastic Sam's.

Independently owned and operated Nails 4 U leased 1,350 sf at Westridge Court atb Route 59 and Aurora Avenue in Naperville Arthur represented ownership.

Quizno's Subs leased 1,152 sf at Garden Market at 47th Street and Willow Springs Road in Western Springs. Arthur represented shopping center ownership with Greg Hoard of GS Hoard as tenant representative.
