The 5615 Military Parkway property has been on the market since September 2001 at an asking price of $1.3 million. Corsair's new buy consists of a two-story office building and three flex/warehouse structures designed with three dock doors and 12 drive-in ramps. An added perk is the 7.18-acre tract that provides ample room for expansion in the heavily built-out industrial area. The complex, developed between 1984 and 1987, is a production and distribution hub for Sports Coverage, which holds contracts for goods bearing NFL and college labels.

Cary Krier, senior vice president of Dallas-based Bradford Cos., represented the seller, Temple-Inland Properties of Austin. Steve MacNoll of Dallas' McCaslin Commercial bargained on Corsair's behalf.
