The 34,718-sf Revere Drive Office Plaza at 85-95 Revere Dr. in Northbrook was bought for just under $3.3 million, according to property records. The 29,665-sf Village West Office Center at 3649 W. 183rd St. in Hazel Crest also was in the package. Vision Realty paid $1.6 million for the 24,549-sf Oakwood Executive Center at 414 Plaza Dr. in Westmont. In addition, it paid $1.5 million for the 24,400-sf 500 W. Central Office Plaza in Mount Prospect.
Chicago-based Rose Group represented Country Life Insurance Co. in selling the assets, which were acquired through foreclosure. In a five-year interim, the properties were managed by executive vice president Gregory B. Mast and vice president Howard M. Wender, SIOR.
