The largest deal was a 7,500-sf renewal for Molecular Geriatrics Corp. at Rogers Executive Parke, 50 Lakeview Pkwy. The company uses the space for office and laboratory use. Meanwhile, machine tool company Hwacheon renewed its lease on 7,200 sf there. Also, San Antonio, TX-based Materials Marketing, Ltd. is leasing 2,250 sf for a stone and marble showroom.
Norman Ross of Arthur J. Rogers & Co. represented building ownership on all three deals while Peter Balous of Korman-Lederer represented Materials Marketing.
Metro Siding took 5,112 sf at Terrace Trade Center, 102 Terrace Dr., while wire installation company ComPath signed on for 1,860 at the same location. Ross was assisted by Mark Baumhart, CCIM in the Mundelein deals.
