Esser Design, a Phoenix-based graphic design and marketing firm, has lined up 5,500 sf for the next seven years in Camelback Centre, a class A 230,000-sf office building that delivered last year at 2355 E. Camelback Rd. Esser is relocating from an office in Central Phoenix. Michael Myrick, Larry Downey and Jerry Jacobs, all of the Phoenix office of Grubb & Ellis Co.'s office advisory group, represented the building owners, Artemis Realty and the Apollo Group. Bob Kawa of Bob Kawa & Associates brokered the deal for the tenant.

Milliman USA leased 3,304 sf at Raintree Corporate Center at 15333 N. Pima Rd. The consulting and actuarial firm will get the keys to the office in June. Michelle Conley, also with Grubb & Ellis, represented Milliman in the lease negotiations. Craig Coppola and Kyler Kienholz, both of the Phoenix office of Lee & Associates Arizona, spoke for the building owners, Cavan Investments.

Raintree Corporate Center is a 150,000-sf, class A office building. Office space in the one-year-old building is quoted at $22 per sf.
