Build-outs are being done for Atom Banana (36,352 sf); City Wide Produce (24,235 sf); Coosemans Worldwide, Inc. (12,117 sf); Dietz (24,235 sf); J.L. Gonzalez Produce, Inc. (36,352 sf); Mandolini Co., Inc. (12,117 square feet); Michael J. Navillo, Inc. (24,235 sf); Panama Banana Distribution. Co., Inc. (36,352 sf); Pets Calvert Co., Inc. (12,117 sf); Strube Celery & Vegetable Co. (60,585 sf); and World Wide Imports (48,468 square feet).
The project is expected to be ready for occupancy this summer.
