The firm scaled back about half of its industrial space at its 17-year-old CentrePort location at 4300 Diplomacy Rd. Still, it's on board for the long term, Jean Russo of Cushman & Wakefield of Texas Inc. tells GlobeSt.com. She represented Keebler in the renewal while Scott Krikorian of Trammell Crow Co. in Dallas brokered for the building owner's administrator, Lend Lease Real Estate Investments. Equitable Life Assurance Society of the US is the owner.
Russo's client also stayed put in a 15,000-sf structure at 937 Ave. N in Grand Prairie's section of the Great Southwest Industrial Park. David Dunn of Arlington's Dunn Commercial represented the building owner, Synermark Avenue N. Ltd. Keebler, a division of Kellogg USA, has been a tenant since 1994 in the building. Keebler uses the locations as distribution centers for baked goods.
