San Diego-based OliverMacMillan's $250-million, 1,100-acre Glen includes its own Downtown Main Street and 337 multifamily units, including rentals and condominiums, being developed by Chicago-based home builder Kimball Hill. Among retailers staking out space in the 1-million-sf development, which is being leased by Oak Brook, IL-based Mid-America Real Estate Corp., are Crown Theatres and Von Maur.

The 470,000-sf retail portion of the development is now two-thirds leased, says Bill McCaffrey, spokesman for OliverMcMillan LLC. He adds the lease-up is on schedule, with mostly smaller spaces still available.

Galyan's 28 US locations include three in the Chicago suburbs of Lombard, Niles and Schaumburg.

Chicago-based Mesirow Stein Real Estate Inc. is advising the village of Glenview on the development.
