Country Club Manor is an 88,039-sf, garden-style office structure built in 1987. It also is the home of the Arthritis Foundation of Arizona. The office facility is 82% occupied, with a quoted rent of $17.50 per sf annually.
"The quality of the building is unique to Phoenix and it's the perfect image for professional firms such as Scott & Skelly LLC," said John Bonnell, managing director of the Phoenix office of Insignia/ESG. He, Insignia/ESG director Don Mudd and associate Jason Moore represented Country Club Manor in the deal.
In an unrelated transaction, GSC Search Co. took 1,365 sf at Viad Corporate Center at 1850 N. Central Ave. in Phoenix. GSC Search will get the keys in July in a five-year lease. Jerry Noble and Brian Black, both of the Phoenix office of the Trammell Crow Co., represented the building owner, FP Arizona Inc.
