Tom Didio, senior managing director of the Edison, NJ office of capital intermediary Holliday Fenoglio Fowler, arranged the transaction on behalf of Mainardi Management. The funding was provided by John Hancock Life Insurance Co.; the terms of the financing were not disclosed.
Greentree Square Shopping Center was built back in 1981 and is currently 100% leased. Its tenant roster includes Fresh Fields, a natural foods-oriented grocery store, along with an Eckerd Drug Store, TGI Friday's, Radio Shack and GNC.
