The firm will move in July 1 to a 2,684-sf office at Koger Atrium in San Antonio's north central submarket. The direct deal carries a five-year term for a ground-floor office, George Harcourt of Grubb & Ellis Co.'s San Antonio office tells GlobeSt.com.
Harcourt represents Ameriquest Mortgage in its expansion plans for Central Texas. Steve Crozier of Koger Equity Inc., based in Boca Raton, FL, was the building owner's in-house representative for the deal.
In Austin, Ameriquest is close to signing for a 3,000-sf office at Cielo Center in the south submarket, Harcourt confides. He is negotiating the pact with Prentiss Properties' Ralph Bistline.
Based in Long Beach, CA, the mortgage lender has 185 offices nationwide. Of that network, five are in the Houston area and four in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. In Central Texas, its other offices are located at 13809 Research Blvd. in Austin and 9901 Interstate 10 West in San Antonio.
