Among its tenants are Merrill Lynch, Chubb Group of Insurance Companies, Mintz, Levin, Cohen, Ferris, Glovsky & Popeo, P.C., State Street Research & Management Co., Brown, Rudnick, Freed & Gesmer, Rackemann, Sawyer & Brewster, Federal Home Loan Bank of Boston, Liberty Funds Group, Inc. and Standish Mellon Asset Management Company LLC. The expansion makes Loomis among the largest office tenants in the building.
