"A quality anchor tenant is vital," according to Emanuel Stern, president/COO of the Secaucus, NJ-based Hartz. "With Foodmart International signing on, Tonnelle Plaza has a bright future.
Foodmart International was founded and is owned by Lewis Wu, who comes from a family of grocers in Manhattan's Chinatown. Next up for the company, which bills itself as "the world's largest international super store" is a market in Linden, NJ.
