"Corstar was in the building next door and they really needed more space," said Jason Moore, associate in the Phoenix office of Insignia/ESG. Moore along with managing director John Bonnell and director Don Mudd, represented Corstar in the transaction."By taking a great first-floor suite in Corporate at Squaw Peak," Moore added, "they get the additional space they needed as well as a marquee location." Corstar is a small, Phoenix-based group with only one location.
The three-story, 88,348-sf Corporate at Squaw Peak was built in 1986. It was purchased in 1999 by Chicago-based Transwestern/Mony Squaw Peak LLC. The building owner, an entity of Transwestern Commercial Services, handled the lease with an in-house representative.
