The portfolio includes the Princeton, a 371,228-sf office tower at 14651 Dallas Parkway in Dallas; Nortel I & II, a 495,714-sf office complex along Glenville and Performance drives in Richardson; and One Deerwood, a 162,609-sf office building at 10201 Centurion Parkway North in Jacksonville.
Bernard Deaton, senior vice president at PM Realty's Dallas office finalized the deal. Deaton could not be reached for comment by press time. Rich Elam, senior property manager will oversee the assignments under the supervision of Deaton and Wade Bowlin, senior vice president and director of PM Realty Group.
"This assignment accelerates the growth we have been experiencing in Dallas and Florida, two areas where we have committed resources and brought in top talent in leasing and management in the past year," Bill Goeke, senior vice president and director of PM Realty Group's central division, said in a prepared statement. The firm's central division takes in Texas and Florida. PM Realty's management leasing business in Dallas has more than doubled over the year to more than five million sf.
