TeKSci signed a 50-month lease in the 85,817-sf Agave Corporate Center, a two-story class A structure. Express Personnel also signed up for 1,711 sf for 63 months in the structure.

The three-building, garden-style Agave Executive Center gets the Neptune Society in a 3,662-sf lease, also for 63 months while HealthSouth took 3,971 sf for 60 months. The tenants picked spots in 18,965-sf buildings positioned on the rear of the site.

Blaine Black and Pat Devine, both of the Phoenix office of the Trammell Crow Co., represented the building owner, Riggs Bank. The two-year-old Agave complex has a third component, the 55,000-sf Agave Business Center.

Devine tells GlobeSt.com that his team has leased nearly 85,000 sf in the complex. The corporate center's occupancy is 66% while the executive center is riding at 34%, he says. The business center has yet to land a tenant. Devine says the 85,000 sf of leased space represents 16 deals, with a good roster of credit-worthy tenants. "We have another 150,000 sf of strong prospects," he says. "Market activity has picked up.
