Aspen Grove was developed by Memphis, TN-based Poag & McEwen LLC and Cleveland-based Developers Diversified Realty Corp.
The surrounding demographics are some of the strongest in the metro area. Aspen Grove is in view of multimillion-dollar homes, and average household income within a five-mile radius exceeds $80,000.
