Mary Descant of Houston's Caldwell Watson Real Estate Group represented the building owner, Cornerstone Northchase Venture LP, an entity of Caldwell Watson. Bill Romance of NAI Partners Commercial in Houston negotiated the lease for the tenant.
The building is a 70,999-sf, five-story suburban office building constructed in 1982. The space is quoted at $14.50 per sf annually in the 81.6%-occupied building. Keller Williams Realty, CCI Enterprises and Dominion Minerals Corp. are the anchor tenants at the building.
