Located at the corner of East Ferry and John R. roads, the inn offers a unique lodging experience--there are very few bed and breakfast inns in the city--with access to local cultural and entertainment activities.
The project was a cooperative venture led by the Detroit Institute of Arts, the University Cultural Center Association and Preservation Wayne. The project combined several sources of public and private financing including federal and state tax credits.
