Originally from Utah, Ferguson holds real estate licenses in Utah and Georgia. According to a printed statement from Prudential, he developed a similar business division for a real estate firm in Utah.
The new division has three full-time agents: April Mbakop, Dan Solano and Deepak Thawni. Four more are receiving technical training and will complete the team, according to the Prudential statement.
