The acquisition represents a four-fold expansion of The Anaba Group's headquarters within the Rancho Dominquez community. The Anaba Group schedules a June occupancy of its new facility. The property is located at 18601 S. Susana Rd., Rancho Dominguez.

The Anaba Group imports automobile, home and related consumer electronics products for marketing primarily under the Anaba brand name. Approximately 25 people will be employed at the site, which is in close proximity to the 91 and 710 Freeways. The company's new headquarters is a freestanding concrete tilt-up structure featuring 23-foot interior clearance, dock high loading and on-site parking.

Chuck Brill, executive vice president and a 16-year veteran in the South Bay office of DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services, represented IMACC Properties, LP, the seller. Robert Thornburgh of Heger Realty represented the buyers.
