And Stavola has signed Insignia/ESG to exclusively market and lease the property. The effort will be headed by Ray Sohmer, executive director, John A. Kaye, associate director and director Matthew Saker of the firm's East Brunswick, NJ office, as well as senior managing director Jeff Babikian of its Saddle Brook, NJ office.

"Altogether, we have developed and currently own and manage six fully occupied office buildings in Tinton Falls, ranging in size from 10,300 to 48,000 sf," according to Stavola vice president Gary Vialonga. "The new building is designed based on the modern requirements of today's tenants."

Located off Exit 105 of the Garden State Parkway, the Falls Corporate Center property backs up onto the Parkway. The four-story facility, designed by Jarmel Kizel Architects & Engineers of Livingston, NJ, is slated to be finished by the second quarter of 2003.

The Tinton Falls-based Stavola Realty, which started up back to 1948 as a building contractor, is a developer and owner of commercial, residential and retail real estate. Altogether, the family-owned company's holdings total 3,200 acres in Monmouth, Ocean, Middlesex and Somerset counties in New Jersey.
