Located on Lassen, the Tustin site consists of 3.71 acres. It has been acquired by Institute de L'Union Chretienne de St. Chaumond, which plans to develop the residentially zoned property.

Another land parcel was recently sold in Santa Ana in a deal valued at $1.07 million. The buyer, Summerwood Homes Inc., has slated the property for residential development. It plans to build 22 single-family homes here. Encompassing 3.86 acres, the Santa Ana site stands at 4024 W. 5th St. It was sold by the Orange County-based Estates of Rosa Vuicich and Julie Komrosky.
