Chuck Bailey, senior vice president of Legacy, says he could start marketing the units as early as this month.

Units will range in size from 600 sf to 1,670 sf and monthly rents will go from $900 to $2,900. Rents include a covered and secured parking space.

In some other urban projects, renters need to cross the street after parking, but at Ballpark Lofts each resident's parking space will be on the same floor as the unit, Bailey notes.

Ballpark Lofts will include all of the amenities found in a suburban, resort-style apartment complex, which are seldom found in an urban environment because of cost.

For example, the secured building will include a concierge, swimming pool, clubhouse and movie theater.

''We've gotten some inquiries from members of the Colorado Rockies and the Avs,'' Bailey tells GlobeSt.com.
