The transaction was arranged by Douglas A. Gaffney, vice president, and Frank W. Truesdell, senior vice president of Trammell Crow Co., Florham Park, NJ. The facility, which has parking for more than 200 delivery trucks and room for 150 employees, will serve as the company's Northern New Jersey office and distribution operations center.
Nestlé Waters North America Inc., which was known as The Perrier Group of America until this past April, is owned by the Paris-based Nestlé Waters, the bottled water unit of the Swiss-based Nestlé S.A. In the US, the company's national brands include Perrier, San Pellegrino and Poland Spring, while its regional brands include Arrowhead, Deer Park and Zephyrhills.
