Spaulding & Slye Colliers vice president Philip DeSimone represented Telica while Mark Mulvey, vice president of Trammell Crow Company, represented Caleast, the owner of the building, in the transaction
The building is a one-story, 55,000 sf office and research and development building located near Routes 495 and 20, and the Massachusetts Turnpike. According to Chuck Bates, Telica's vice president of operations, in the company's previous expansion it went outside its existing facility and the operations ended up being divided between two locations. "The new space will enable Telica to be located in one building while allowing for further expansion," he says. DeSimone emphasizes that the move to centralize and expand its operations will provide Telica with greater efficiency.
