Meanwhile, Signature Associates-ONCOR International has negotiated the 206,000-sf of 350 Victor Ave. in Highland Park, MI to Budco Properties, L.L.C.
Chris Monsour and Sam Munaco of Signature brokered the deal on behalf of Missant Properties Two Corporation, who owned the building. The sales price was not released.
Signature, with offices in Southfield and Kalamazoo, MI, had transactions totaling more than 19 million sf in 2001.
