The retailer's wares are made of hand-carved African hardwoods imported from Zimbabwe. The company exited 1018 Sawdust Rd. in the community of Spring in far north Houston and headed farther up Interstate 45 to the Woodlands. Derek F. Beck, leasing director for the Houston office of Insignia/ESG represented Presidential Billiards in the lease. Gerald Irons was the in-house representative for the building owner, the Woodlands Operating Co. LP.
Presidential Billiards will be moving into a one-story, 61,230-sf flex facility, a concrete tilt-wall design with steel roof framing and 30-foot by 71-foot bays. Rent is advertised at $10.25 per sf for office space; $7 per sf for shop space; and $5.50 per sf for warehouse distribution space.
