Sean Brady and Jason Goldman of Cushman & Wakefield of New Jersey, East Rutherford, orchestrated the deal. Formerly known as MCS Canon, and a Canon USA subsidiary, Canon Business Solutions-Northeast provides businesses with high-tech office equipment. The company employs 1,100 people and has offices in New Jersey, New York, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Ohio.
Brady and Richard Kennedy of C&W's Manhattan office are also shopping a sublease availability for Canon at 90 William St. in Downtown Manhattan. The 11,000-sf space includes a mix of offices, conference rooms and open space.
