Chicago Computer Works, Inc. signed the largest deal, taking 5,964 sf. The new tenant was represented by Andrew Kaboff of The Austin Group. NAS International, Inc., represented by Jeff Gilbert of Wagener Equities, signed a 5,200-sf lease. Also, Chicago Custom Cabinet & Fronts signed a 3,250-sf. Norman Ross of Arthur J. Rogers & Co. represented building ownership on all three deals, as well as both parties in the Chicago Custom Cabinet & Fronts lease.
