Riverside will be anchored by a 90,000-sf department store, and will include a variety/food store; heath and fitness unit; 15 shops on two levels; bars/restaurants and a 100-bed hotel.
Nicholson Estates Director Edward Skeates said: "We are looking forward to starting work on rejuvenating the Plough site to transform it into an attractive and lively centre. Hartnell Taylor Cook and Donaldsons are joint letting agents, while CB Hillier Parker is advising Nicholson Estates on funding. Donaldsons is advising Dacorum Borough Council.
