The buyer, Anaheim 34 LLC, has paid $3.2 million for the complex and plans to spend $150,000 on both interior and exterior improvements, says Jay Skenderian, who worked on the deal. Known as the Dale Manor Apartments, the complex is located at 1230 S. Dale Ave. Built in 1978, the property features a range of amenities, including a pool, large patios and balconies, laundry facilities, air conditioning, ceiling fans and dishwashers.
Anaheim 34 LLC was represented by Skenderian and Ken Morgan of the Newport Beach office of Morgan Skenderian Investment Real Estate Group. The Morgan Skenderian brokerage team also represented the sellers, Eugene and Dorothy Wong of Cerritos.
According to Skenderian, "the property wasn't actively on the market." However, his firm put the deal together when they realized they had a multifamily owner looking to sell and an LLC looking to buy.
