Houston-based Northside Redevelopment Center purchased a 10,000-sf building at 3701 Hardy St. in Houston. James E. Foreman, Sandra F. Harris and Beau Kaleel, all of the Houston office of Cushman & Wakefield of Texas Inc., represented the seller, Houston-based Kerbow-Simmons Inc. in the sale. John Box of the Box Group represented the buyers.

According to Harris County tax records, the 23-year-old building was owned by Kerbow-Simmons since 1988. The county's last assessment for the class C office/warehouse structure was about $125,000.

The industrial lease has closed off 14,000 sf at 6755 B Willowbrook Park Dr. Houston's K&L Restoration is the tenant for the far northwest submarket property. Steve Adkisson of the National Realty Group represented K&L in the lease negotiations. Thad Hickman and Tyndall Yaap from Grubb & Ellis Co.'s Houston team handled talks for building owner, Capital Commercial.
