The 25,000-sf building is owned by Presson Equity Partners, which was represented by Todd Hamilton of Phoenix-based Cutler Commercial. The 17-year-old Carlton Center III has an 8% office finish and 16-foot clear heights. The quoted rate was 45 cents per sf gross.
In Tempe, AFP leased 5,850 sf of industrial space at Park Lane Industrial Park. The fitness products distributor was represented by T.J. Swearengin of the Phoenix office of Lee & Associates Arizona. Tom Louer and Chris McClurg, both of Lee & Associates, negotiated the deal for building owner, Jemco Properties.
