The transaction was closed on behalf of PSE&G, which uses the space as a call center, by Bryn M. Cinque, first vice president in the Parsippany, NJ office of GVA Williams. The real estate company is PSE&G's exclusive rep firm. Mack-Cali was represented in-house in the negotiations by Toni Casiano. Terms of the lease were not disclosed.
The Mack-Cali asset is located just of the Garden State Parkway and near the New Jersey Turnpike, I-78 and Route 22. The building was recently awarded the EPA/DOE energy star rating.
"We were able strategically advise PSE&G, a long-term client of ours, in this transaction," according to Jeff Schotz, executive managing officer for GVA Williams.
