Jones Lang LaSalle negotiated both leases on behalf of the building owner, a joint venture between Jones Lang LaSalle and L.M. Sandler & Sons. While the lease terms are not being released, Jones Lang LaSalle markets space in the four-story building for $17.50 per-sf.

"Miramar Centre's strategic location in the heart of Broward County provides businesses such as Allmerica with unmatched access to Dade and Palm Beach Counties, three regional airports, as well as excellent signage opportunities fronting I-75.
