Stephen A. James, executive vice president and principal, and James F. Boudrot, vice president of NAI Hunneman, represented Alphatec, in thistransaction. The lessor, Equity Office Properties Trust, was represented by Gregory Clancy.

The 102,012-sf building was developed in 1980 with four stories and is part of a 10-building office park totaling more than one million sf of office space. It is located near Routes 128 and 95.
