Pinnacle Property Management owns the building. Miscio was joined by Insignia senior managing directors Bob Lundstedt, Ashley Brooks and Keith Lambert and associate director James Bayless in negotiating the deal.
In Tempe, Insignia/ESG managing directors Dave Seeger and Karsten Peterson and associate Mark Gustin represented New Arizona Family Inc. in a 4,341-sf office lease at Shalimar Square along Southern Avenue and Country Club Road. Shalimar Square is owned by Tierra Firme One LLC.
