Each of the 4,100-sf doughnut shops will be built from scratch. The Beaverton store will be built near Cornell Road and 167th Place. The two others stores will be located in Clackamas and Jantzen Beach. KremeWorks says it is just no starting to apply for municipal building permits.
With no permits yet, sources tell GlobeSt.com it's unlikely any of the stores could be up and running prior to the end of the year. Currently the only Northwest location is in Issaquah, Wash., 15 miles east of Seattle.
