EMI Technology of Richardson, TX is a contract manufacturer specializing in the assembly of printed circuit boards. For its first Arizona location, EMI leased 5,304 sf of manufacturing space at 3731 E. LaSalle St. in the city's far north submarket. Rick Foss of the Phoenix office of Grubb & Ellis Co. represented EMI and building owner, AGI Holdings LLC.

Technology firm TecServe took 4,527 sf at Phoenix Airport Center at 4602 E. University Dr. in southeast Phoenix. Jay Hoselton of the Phoenix office of Cushman & Wakefield represented the computer company at the bargaining table.

T.J. Swearingen and Rick Lee, both of Phoenix-based Lee & Associates Arizona structured the pact for the property owner, Lafayette, CA-based Bedford Property Investors. The Phoenix Airport Center is a 213,854-sf research and development complex built between 1985 and 1990.
