Woodmont recently completed construction of the building, located at 104 Morgan Lane, on a speculative basis, designing it to be flexible for a variety of uses from biotech research to finished offices. Details and terms of the sale, including the sale price, were not disclosed by the parties.
Located in the Route 1 corridor within the Princeton market, the building's corporate neighbors include Merrill Lynch, Wave Systems, Bristol Meyers-Squibb and Johnson & Johnson.
