Tim Conklin, vice president of leasing for the Florham Park, NJ-based Gale, served as the in-house leasing representative for the firm. PSEG Global was represented in the deal by Bryn Cinque of GVA Williams' New Jersey office, located in Parsippany. Terms of the lease were not disclosed.
PSEG Global develops, owns, acquires and operates power-generation and distribution facilities internationally from offices in North and South America, Europe and Asia. The company has a total of 52 projects around the world, worth a total of $4.1 billion.
The support center at 35 Waterview Blvd. will be responsible for managing the company's 17 power plants and facilities in North America. Those properties are located in the states of California, Hawaii, Maine, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania and Texas.
