"The lender was a life insurance company and not a traditional commercial bank," according to Mikula. Additional details of the financing were not released.
The Murray Hill Park Complex is a two-building flex facility located near the New Jersey Turnpike, Garden State Parkway and several key routes. It is made up of a total of just under 154,000 sf of flex space and another 28,000sf of mezzanine-level office space.
