In Tempe, manufacturing company Teco Metrix leased 12,076 sf at 707 W. Geneva. Stein Koss of the Phoenix's Lee & Associates Arizona represented Teco Metrix in the lease. Ryan Foley and Pat Althoff, both of Phoenix's Metro Commercial Properties, spoke for the building owner, Richard Clayton.
