"They're in a nice building at competitive rates and the amenities at the mall and nearby are excellent." John Pierson of Staubach Co.'s Phoenix office represented Park Central at the bargaining table.

In Scottsdale, Westland Title leased a 2,444-sf office at the Pinnacle at Kierland II. Adam Tolson of the Phoenix office of Lee & Associates Arizona represented Westland Title. Craig Coppola and Jim Watkins, also of Lee & Associates Arizona, represented the building owner, Furst Properties. Pinnacle at Kierland II is bringing $26.50 per sf.

Pinnacle in Kierland II at 14648 N. Scottsdale Rd. is an 82,000-sf office building, one of two in the 70-acre Kierland development. The master-planned community contains single and multifamily residences, 750-room Westin resort, 27-hole golf course and retail and office projects.
