Desert Cove is a 45,000-sf multi-tenant park owned by Los Angeles-based Irmas Industrial. The custom window coverings retailer is headed into a 1980s-vintage building.
Marc Hertzberg and Gary Anderson, both with the Phoenix office for Grubb & Ellis Co., brokered the pact for the park owner. Charles Freund of West USA Realty spoke for the tenant. Arizona Custom Shades, headquartered in Phoenix, is a distributor of such lines as Soliel roller and Roman shades.
Anderson tells GlobeSt.com that the location sealed the five-year lease, valued at more than $250,000. It was, he says, "better fit" for the company's needs. The lease represents an expansion of more than 3,000 sf expansion.
