In another transaction, an architectural firm has signed a five-year, $1-million lease for 5,605 sf of office space at Sunroad Corporate Centre III at 4435 Eastgate Mall, according to Burnham Real Estate Services/ONCORInternational.
Brian Paul & Associates, an architectural and site planning firm, designed the 306,000-sf Sunroad Corporate Centre III, a three-building office park located between Executive Drive and Eastgate Mall Road.
About 15,751 sf remain available for lease on the office campus, which the newest Class A office park in the University Town Center area.
Burnham Real Estate Services is the leasing agent. Rick Vann of SunroadEnterprise is serving as the project developer. The general contractor is Johnson & Jennings.
