Seller Corridor Developer Inc. was represented by an Insignia/ESG team in Phoenix: Bob Lundstedt, Ashley Brooks and Keith Lambeth, all senior managing directors; Charles Miscio, managing director; and James Bayless, associate director. The United Cerebral Palsy Association handled its side of the talks with an in-house representative.

"They already had land in the Deer Valley area and were about to begin construction, but they sold the land to a buyer who needed it," Lundstedt said. "The Deer Valley corridor is a fast-growing area with extensive development and a large workforce nearby from which to draw." The association sold its other land to an abutting property owner.
