The Phoenix-based Ashton Tiffany lined up just over 4,000 sf on the ground floor at 4041 Central Plaza at 4041 N. Central Ave. in Phoenix. Insignia/ESG's John Bonnell, managing director, Don Mudd, director, and Jason Moore, associate, in the Phoenix office represented Ashton Tiffany in the transaction.
The 392,123-sf office building is owned by Metropolitan Life Insurance, also represented by Mudd and Moore. The 21-year-old building leases for $17.50 per sf.
Glendale's All Wood Furniture Co. renewed a 7,203-sf lease at Bell Tower Village, a combined retail and office complex at 4925 W. Bell Rd. Insignia director Cliff Johnston negotiated the terms for the building owner, Leisure Colony Management Corp. The tenant spoke on its own behalf. The center's space is quoted at $16 per sf.
